And second of all, I'm not THAT noob. I know a bit about what I'm doing. It has to do with the 'IP' column...Pretty sure it is because my IP column in mysql is called 'lastknownip', but I don't know where to change it to that in the scripts for the website...

WAMP has nothing to do with my error.

I think this design is ugly, but whatever.
Original design for Cype was better..

Take out "by iLilRikux3", the majority of the coding is by Cype Developers, so put back copyright CypeDEV you can put "edited by iLilRikux3" if you would like. Personally I think this "2nd Gen" is shittier than normal cype.
