Check my signature for location of Luna 100% I was the one who completed it for EVO.

There is a list_drops there too!

In regards to the astarot kings, you will have to spawn them yourself, they do not appear in EVO. If you are not using EVO, then I did not build any non-evo spawns, someone else might have.
