Lv1 Ranger Mastery

Mastery of all the different classes of output per level. except for Warrior.

bin not needed to edit.

just exp and character on client side.
then exp and mastery on server side.

the mastery of character is separately per job, so example
the correct one = warrior 0-100, ranger 0-100, etc.
so if you just mix it up *not starting from correct line, like warrior 0-66, ranger 0-66, warrior 67-100, ranger 67-100, etc sure it would mess up
