Major Help.

I'm 16 years of age, i've been going college for the past 1year now on a course of ICT. I've never been payed EMA, cos my parents take it.

I had a whole convosation with my dad today and he wants me out. He says i havn't been doing alot around the house and all that ****. He's sick of buying food to keep us all alive and said it would be easier if i was gone. I'm really struck by this, because i have no money and no where to stay and leaving tomorrow.

Someone help by giving me directions?

Doesn't they "have to" keep supporting you until you are 18 atleast? Here you can't get kicked out until you are 21 I think..

Yeh they do, but they don't seem to want to. And my dad left when he was 15 but he had like loads of brothers n sister to, so they kinda looked after him, and my sister is a just a cunt. so no point in asking her.

I've always looked after myself in the house and out (school to!) seems like i'll be beating up homo's for the money, or stealing some kids for there lunch money.. xD.. well nice knowing you guys.. will be seeing you soon when i get somewhere with net.

Nah, Perfer to do stuff myself. - Don't want some random person wanting to keep me in a shed till im 18 and can get a home myself.

what the...if your out of that house, where will u live?
u should go to your aunt's house or any relative to support till your will become independent..

dude call up relatives who can help and call up social services if worse comes to worse.

what they're doing is illegal immoral and unjust.

and no offense to them but they're not being very good parents if they're kicking you out without reason.

They can't legally kick you out until your out until your 18 or until you not in Full-time Education.

They take your EMA, doesn't that mean you pay them in some way to stay there??

All I can really suggest is try and get some part-time job and tell some sort of authority of this like social services. If you can, ask a relative if they can put you up until your out of college or something. ^^

I'm in full time education. Monday to Friday (no tuesdays).

Leaving home voluntarily

In most circumstances you can leave home without the consent of your parents or anyone with parental responsibility when you are 16. A parent or person with parental responsibility could go to court to try and force you to return home. However, it is unlikely that any court would order you to return home if you did not want to.

Can someone tell me what that means?

at 16 you can leave home if you want to, but your parents can go to court and make you go back. i wanna leave home but im still at school so i cant afford it.

Like my baby said, you can choose to leave at 16 and they can try to force you back legally.

But.

They can't kick you out legally till you turn 18.

Revenge to my dad.

He leaves to go work at night, - pitch black. Ill stand at the end of my street and ill wait till he stops in the middle of the road (ill be standing there) and then when he revs towards me or drives towards me. Ill start running towards him and then closeline him across the neck pulling him off the bike.

Shall i do this or not? - It seems mental i know but you guys have no idea what im like down here, ill get it recorded and uploaded ASAP to youtube.
