Makeing weapons

Simple Guide 1

Step1: First you have to set off getting the proper programs to make and export in obj format well first get one of these two...

- 3ds max
-Blender
-Nif Skope - if you don’t already have it-

Step2: once you have one of these things began makeing a weapon in the program and learn how to operate in that programs environment.

Step3: once you have learned this program and know how to make a basic sword and you know how to make other weapons or axes and such and such , you can began makeing your weapon.

Step4: once you have finished your weapon now put the weapon handle under your coordinate plane. Make sure you make a hilt , handle and sharp edge for your sword.

Step5: Export it into .obj format and began opening it in nif skope and if you don’t have it you can download it and find it off this website ---> NIF File Format Library and Tools - Browse /nifskope/1.0.22 at SourceForge.net <---

Step6: once that is finished add the effects and texture and such , once that is done open some weapon in your fiesta res folder and take such as angelic axe or angelic weapon if they have that in the client files then open it and make sure to copy the branch in the weapon you just created and paste it into the angelic axe nif once that is done began to angle the weapon correct just exactly like the angelic weapon. Once that is done you simply delete the angelic properties and then you are done you simply paste or save that nif file over the angelic weapon you chose.

Step7: simply test your weapons in that client and you are done.

If there is anyone who has trouble i will create a complete guide.

Enjoy.

i will create a complete guide soon.

-The title of the topic isn't suited with the content, this is a guide how to get your made "weapons" in your game, not a good way.
-OBJ format is the most idiotish format you could ever work with,it destroys some of the meshes quality's and sometimes gets glitchy
-You should better export to .3ds or use nif exporter
-You DON'T add textures to your mesh in nifskope, you do that with your modelator software as you must unwrap it first.

You can do it in nifscope o-o ... but Ragezoner is tight too.. cuz Mainly you do it on Blender unless you know what your doing.
