Making a MS2 Private Server

Ok, I just need to verify, is making a MapleStory 2 Private Server the same method like in the MS1 private server but with MS2 client files instead of MS1 client files? Like, do I follow the same instructions from http://forum.ragezone.com/f428/setting-server-client-website-version-691153/ from start to finish, but use the MS2 client and server files instead of the MS1 files?
