MapleLauncher.

MapleLauncher is a costum Private Servers MapleStory
launcher. It was made by Me, Xoslize, and developed
in Visual Basic.

It even has my Maple Hack Protection which prevents
the user to get into your server with any of Cheat
Engine, Injectors, and more.

Maple Hack Protection:

- Prevents the users from having CheatEngines,
Injectors, and hacks. Will improve at next
version.

You need .NET Framework 4.0.

Yeah, the guy needs to downgrade it to maybe .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.0 since a lot of people have it.
