The problem here is i don't know how to open the port 38101 and 38121 as i cannot
see what is the router they are using here, or maybe possible they are not using a router because it is a Dedicated Server? I need a clear answer, and i know that Chumpywumpy can only help me.

I hope Chumpywumpy can ready this topic.

Why are you posting this here? If you bought a dedicated server from a company, you need to send the company a ticket for any problems you have... This isn't even a Cabal-related question.
