No man. I installed SQL Server 2008. And all works fine! But not loot.
I check all loot functions in server source. And server get loot from database with php file. When i check that php file, i find one error. My WAMP dont know what is sqlsrv_connect. Then i add to php some binaries for mssql. And its works.
php file show me array BUT. Not XML with loot information. And in this array i got communication about error. eg Install ODBC Drivers SQL Server 2012 Native Client blah blah. Then i install this. And after installation, all works fine. php returns me nice loot informations in xml. And now its doesnt work (server). When i uninstall native client, its still doesnt work :P

Sorry for english. :)

Do a system restore to just before installing 2012 Native Client as your missing the point
You overwrote some functionality of 2008 or its leaving traces of Native Client that are interfering.
Otherwise uninstall 2008 and reinstall a new instance (backup databases first) or do a system restore to just prior to installing the Native Client (better of the two solutions as they'll definitely not be traces that may be bound to the system).
Again, it was Native Client that caused this, wouldn't say so otherwise. ;-)

Either way --> (backup databases first)
