max level question

hi i would like to ask if how to fix the max lvl 121 with 3rd job since i already do the definejob.inc to 121 from 3rd i do need to relog in with 130 level so i can get the 3rd job skill tnx for the help

Just 2 questions,

Why not put it at 130 like it was before? doesn't seem like 9 levels would be that hard to accomplish.
If you want it at 121, Why not add the skills to the 2nd job and just cut out the need for 3rd jobs.
