nobody knows how to fix my problem? :(

You probably didn't follow the guide right. I made it where if you follow it exactly, you can get it working.

Some where your config settings aren't right. You didn't explain your problem right, so what exactly is your problem? Is it with the Rose Web CMS, Navicat, Server or what.

Still not working >.<

Is there somehow i could manually put an account into the database?

Yes, open the "accounts" table and insert a new record, and insert:

ID: 1
Username: your account name
Password: (See below)
Access: 300 (gm) 100 (normal)

For the password, you need it in a md5 encryption. Go here: and in the text box, type the password you want, and it will give you the MD5 encryption, so paste that MD5 into the password field in Navicat.

And you made your account.

Ok thanks the problem was with the MD5 encryption, i now get a message saying the server is down for inspection or to that effect, i have looked in the config file for the access part that you spoke of in the first post, but i can't see it, any ideas?

Ok well to make my problem clear ill add a screenshot also.. anyway u said I had to reboot my computer which I did but no succes. and 5.0 is installed.
and well, there weren't many steps to follow so far..only install navicat and download the 1.33 server stuff. heres a pic:

It's right under login server..kind of obvious. If you still can't find it, search for "300"

Either MySQL isn't running, or you didn't install it correctly. Try reinstalling it.

Update your client, run "ROSEonline.exe" untill it fully updates. Once it's done close it, and run your launcher.

Is the latest version 130? It doesnt seem to pass that? xD

kidkiller, we told you how to fix this on osrose. Execute the .sql file into the SQL database.

I get up to loading avatar list and then i get an error saying the server is down for maintenance, my friend who has been trying to connect gets the same error, i have checked the IP's in the channel list in the SQL table and they are correct
