i have a question regarding step 3

well... u said Browse to the folder you extracted the server files, and find the folder named "Database" and double click, then find the folder named "Full SQL" and double click it, then find the file "osrose.sql" and open it. but when i open data base i only have full_install.sql... and when i open that one theres no osrose.sql inside it coz full_install.sql seems to look like a txt file... sorry im really new to this... thanks to anyone who can help

FATAL ERROR :u just have to copy the "list_spawnareas.sql" +
"quest_data.sql" from the folder "Other-Updates" into the folder "Database"

hello again.... i really need help with my server (mmhhh i think thats wrong coz i dont have a server yet coz it isnt working hehes) i really hope u can help me... well... im getting an error-server dead right after i type in my password and username...
all of the ips are correct and im not on a router...
i have mysql... and when i open it (the one that looks like command promt) and i type \r it says i have no database... do u think thats the prob?... if so how can i fix that?


ohh and my problem above i think i fixed it by getting the file from osrose but instead of osrose.sql it was osrose svn.sql.... was that ok? or did that totaly crash everything?

ok i dont know why no one is helping... but this would be my last post if no one still answers me....

when i put my wan ip at the icongfig.nhd it says server maintenance at the log in part after putting my username and password....
but when i put my ip at the iconfig.nhd it says server maintenance at the part where i pick a channel.

pls help.... i havent slept for 4 days....

If i get mine working I'd be glad to help but as of yet I cannot even get hold of all the programs and files I need to do such a thing as none of the link's on the "guide" work

So when new links are updated or someone posts with another link to the files I am unable to help .

use the trose.exe that they have somewhere at this topic. xD

i didnt install wrong (i dont think)

i extracted xampp 1.6.0 to C:\

and extracted RoseCMSLite to C:\xampplite\htdocs

change config.php info(inside _inc folder)host;user;pass;name

opened up my web browser(Firefox). typed:

nvm everything works fine now cause im useing dynasty but when try to log in i get server maintinence problem =\ does anyone have an answer for my problem..and when i extract the game guard patch do i update evo again or not?

When you put the gameguard patch in the rose folder don't update it nor when you put the trose in. If your hosting the server the lconfigs ip would b 127.0.0.1 for other people itll be your wan ip.
