Microsoft C++ Runtime Library Error Running Server4096.exe

So Lets say i got a fresh Server 2003 R2 Dedi and when i add the Char/Field folders to my Server files of MagicPT i get Microsoft C++ Runtime Library Errors, ive tryed turning on DEP and that doesnt fix it is there literally anything else i can try to fix this besides maybe going to XP os.

But without char/Field it starts up fine, but wont have mobs/npcs because no char/field folder.
