Monitors with low resolution

Hey guys, I'm creating a little website and currently, It looks beautiful on high resolution monitors, but when it comes to viewing the site on low-rez, it kinda falls apart.

What would you recommend to fix this little situation?
It's coded in CSS/HTML/Javascript and the part that is falling apart is in the div that using pixel positioning. Is there anyway to make this positioning absolute, no matter what the resolution size?
