The problem is not the odbc since I noticed that your register page is not using odbc connection

mssql_connect needs 3 variables
mssql_select_db needs 2 variables

$Host = "Server-PC\SQLEXPRESS"; // where the database is hosted at
$User = "SA"; // default login for mssql
$Pass = "xxx"; // whatever pass you typed during installation
$Database = "GunzDB"; // default database schema for gunz
$Connect = mssql_connect($Host,$User,$Pass);
$DB = mssql_select_db($Database,$Connect);
