you must delte ; from your php.ini (scrool down and you will se php_gd2.dll)

when you delete the symbols ;, restart you easyphp(all service) appserv restart appache and mysql, if some windows pop up, just click ok, i think its three times the small windows pop up

np, about you question, i dont know anything about VIP, i dont even know wat it is, well i know wat it is but i never have those on my server

in config.php at the first lines you must put your uss and password of sql server

Is very simple,login into admin panel>edit account put account you want to make vip or edit , click ok,then the edit panel will appear, there is option Vip Mode: yes/no
