Hi I hope I can help this problem, this is all I get log. Cento, VMware restart the Windows reinstall the data twice, and continues with the same fails, check the firewall but I am still coming out this problem Thanks for the help.

Reviewed SQL ports to function correctly
The fix for this is listed in my sticky in the help section.

You have processes running which are already using your ports. Reboot your linux machine.
If that doesn't fix it then you have a process running that cabal_config.sh didn't put there so run cabal_config.sh again and it will clean out anything it can find and put a new config in for you. Then reboot the machine to kill of any ones that cabal_config.sh couldn't find and that shoudl fix it.
When it ask for players IP to connect :
I should put the Hamachi ip of Windows or Linux....??
The thing is I am able to login in Hamachi of Windows but not on linux.. The reason is I dont have internet on virtual linux....
I use RASPPPOE service for windows and to connect to internet I need to Connect through a Dailer which i get from raspppoe service....I tried searching RASPPPOE for linux but didn't find anything....
So please tell me what should i do now??

If using Hamachi use the Hamachi IP. Otherwise it depends on your setup but usually whatever IP you get when you visit whatismyip.com from the centos machine. If you are using Hamachi then remember you MUST start Hamachi every time you restart centos and the centos machine MUST appear as online in the Hamachi network or you won't be able to connect. Start with making sure the centos machine is on the Hamachi network ok and go from there.
Ive tried everything sir...i still cant connect to my server... my firewall for centos 4.5 was disabled and also for my windows... im using VMware .. i can ping my centos ip viceversa..

A lot of things are failing very badly there. If you do "service cabal status" from centos are any of them still running? Read the general notes at the bottom of the post next.

Thx i put the internal.txt in data folder and made bat file for launching cabalmain.exe

That is definitely a client/server mismatch by the look of it. Do you use a GP client or another as SAUR0N's patch is for the GP client.

You can use centos 5.1 yes. My cabal_install.sh will ask you if you are using centos 4 (which it is tested on) and if you say no it will try to download what it needs. If that fails then look in my sticky in the help section as it has a link to grasshoper's method of installing on centos 5 (which i just automated in my script which his permission).
For those directed to read the bits at the bottom.
Your logs are not telling me much as they are only short snippets really. Here is how you get really useful logs you can post:
Type "service cabal stop" from the centos terminal or putty.
Delete all the logfiles files you find in /var/log/cabal
Type "service cabal start" and try to log in.
This gets you a nice clean set of logs that shows exactly what we need to see and no more. Copy the log files to your windows machine using winscp or whatever you use and have a quick look through them to edit out any DB usernames/pass*****. Now zip and post them or upload to rapidshare and post a link.
Also remember to nevr, ever touch the .cfg files in the /etc/cabal/ folder or odbc.cfg. You can play around in your .ini files all you like as running cabal_config.sh will fix whatever you have done, but if you edit any value in a .cfg file it will probably stop cabal_config.sh from finding what it needs to change when you run it to configure the server.
