My MatchAgent dont goes online

everything goes online except MatchAgent

i use the br client some guy said me to putt the Match server logg in here

but idk what he mean im learning about servers lol match log is that map
thats in MatchServer right?

but tell me exactly what i need to post before u can help me

Command registration compleet
Match Agent created
Failed to connect to MatchServer
