My mobs, Npc problem

Guyz my mobs arent moving... my Teleport npc is not teleporting me.. and when i speak to mairdad in adventure plains for my scroll of identification.. nothing is there in quest window.. plz help

And if i change my class lvl thru sql .. it stays only for time being.. suppose i change it to hawker it hardly stays for min and then it displays just class.. when i come back and chk in sql the class lvl is changed to 55 frm 311 :S whts happening

r u changing it while ur still ingame...cuz that wont work

well it didnt for me

i had to log off rose then change the info in navicat
