I'm already seeing soo many threads about Xbox problems lol


10 minutes and crashes ?! 3 red lights ?! wtf the console cant handle 24hours of full play ? :P lol


MS rushed the xbox to get $$ before christmas. :P

Well its normal to be honest its MS ( so the xbox had to had some BSOD ) lol

i heard the ps3 is saposed to be 299.99 soon as it comes out thats as much as the core system of xbox 360. If you dont wanna pay for a xbox 360 dont buy the fucking thing and dont ***** about it. Im no microsoft fan but I own one (dident pay of course lol) prolly wouldent have it if i dident win it but Its not to bad of a system other then the fact it overheats. Oh IT HAS 4 CONTROL PORTS THEY USE USB 2 FRONT 2 BACK OF THE SYSTEM. thats my 2 cent.
 
Well having rare entertainment down the road from me and knowing some of the guys... xbox360 hardware is amazing, :P

and the games to come out over the next 6 months are going to be the ps3 first games, by which time they will appear dated, the 2 machine will most of the time be running the same games at the same speed because there internet based games, see 'huxley' and and other unreal tourny engine based games out there, there wont be any difference in clarity and the laoding speeds should be similar also blue ray discs for playstation 3 games are a helluv alot more expensive to produce.

All in all i want to play online mmorpgs of the future and the cheapest way to do this is the xbox 360 so.. £279.99 down my local game store thank you very much Microsoft.
 
i think we should stop trashing the consoles who cares which one is better or cheaper or w/e

the most important thing for both the xbox 360 and ps3 is not the hardware (which are almost the same) or the damn controllers (ya 360's controller is the same as the xbox but then again so was ps and ps2) or the damn price (if i get the money and as long as ps3 doen't crash on me when i load a game and play for 20 mins ill even pay $600 us for it)

as u can well see most games are getting so good graphics wise that it's not even a factor anymore it's all about the games and which system will have the better ones

although 360 has gotten some jap creaters on there side and they are making some games for all types of gamers u gota look at the previous gen consoles
xbox did **** when it came to games (most were fps and sport games, and i think 2 rpgs, such as halo [only game i remember thats good halo 2 was crap], fable, and maybe sudeki [quit it after the first week]) while ps2 had tons of rpg's platform fighting adventure etc(ff series, kingdom hearts, tekken, GT, God of war, ETC ETC ETC)

if i were to compare i would say ps2 made a bigger mark in "games" then xbox (more enjoyable games and such) as long as sony keeps that up ps3 will own the 360

not saying that xbox 360 doesn't have a chance don't get me wrong it does just as of right now the games on the 360 are pretty **** and not worth it

if they get better games that can rival square's games then ill consider buying it (total RPG fan)

XBox 360 will be a great consol...but i'm not at all use to it. I have only played XBox about 3 times and I didn't like it one bit.

PlayStation on the other hand I am familiar with...many hours of playing on and great gaming experience every second I played.

In my opinion..which ever consol you are more familiar with is the one you should purchase. I will be waiting for PS3 to be released and I will purchase it when prices drop.
 
The first batch of every console that has come out has always been buggy............just because people didnt want to wait until microsoft has fixed some bugs, its not microsofts fault, but it's the peoples fault.

Microsoft is not losing money....ever heard of wholesale? They get shitloads of discounts on stuff.

The 360 does support 4 controllers, not 2.

Also, quake 4(comes with quake 2), PDZ, need for speed, and CoD 2 are all excellent games. Have any of you ever played them besides at the Kiosks? The kiosks are nothing compared to the consumer product.

Also, there have been rumors of the the ps3 priced at $999, now im not saying this is true, but it probably will be more expensive because of its hardware.

Also, most xbox360 crashes happen because people put their xbox 360s horizontally crammed up in a small space. The console is desinged to be played vertically for good air ventilation.

Anyways, PC's blow consoles out of the water.......

our fault microsoft released a buggy system at launch and our fault for buying it when it comes out..wow

our fault because we set it down on its side? show me in the maunual a warning simular to this..."WARNING: Do not set this piece of **** on its side cause we can not put in a good fucking fan in the piece of **** cause we are to fucking stupid to think it might get alittle hot"

you wont find it cause first of all not all people will get a freeze if they set it on its side (i seen it in a lot of places on its side)...check your local walmart lmao they put that thing in that big glass case with no air and on its side....so its not our fault...blame microsoft for releasing a buggy P.O.S...lmao

I managed to get Steely an Xbox360 from the shop I work at, and when I got it home, we were both extremely disappointed. Steely bought PDZ with the console and it is completely shite.

The graphics are nothing better than we've seen before, and the playability of the game is absolutely crap. To be fair, we haven't given it much of a chance, but I think you may find an Xbox360, PDZ and an addition wireless controller on eBay shortly lol!

I guess I'll wait until there's some worthwhile titles on the market before I even think of purchasing one, but until then I really can't wait until the release of Sony's new beast! :D

Imo, the PS3 is going to blow the 360 out of the water.
 
Hydra I agree, It nothing we expected but its the only next gen console out yet. Its one of the better releases of a console. 400 bucks for a consolem dont kid yourself. The price of the ps3 is going to be expensive. The main reason Iam in between ps3 and 360 is because I know how much better Live is than sony's online. Thats the main difference. I could care less about the singleplayer of the game. Its all about online.
