Navicat MySQL Connecting

I was trying to make a Rose Pserver but when i tried coonecting the Navicat thing, it says it cant connect. Can some one help me plox and thnx ^^

Same problem. Anyone ot a clue? I tried using my LAN IP as well, and WAN IP with port forwarding set up for 3306

Have you launch wamp, xamp or easy php ?

You may want to install a MySQL Server first. Navicat is not the Server.
If you have SQL. Make sure it's running.

You don't have WAMP or XAMP?
You should get it to solve the problem
