Trying to run my lunia items shop.

I get this error though.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'

ActiveX component can't create object

/lunia/lib/include/hoyasoft.strcipher.asp, line 23

Need help resolving it. also when i go to the site a popup says this
" error occurred with decrypt cookies. "
