Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. I cant provide picture...i dont know how to insert image here...
I already have the gm account , the prob is i can't create a char . Even i tried so many names ....

If you can press print screen on your computer which then you can copy and paste it into paint via CTRL + V, save it and upload it to imgur or something which then you can link it here or simply download a screenshot software.
