It looks that you haven't setup the ODBC connections and or Your ini files have not the same password. as your MSSQL connection

I all do it in tutorials flyff but ths problem is always present (can you help me with teamviewer if you know how fix it please ? )

Yes I know how to fix the problem, stop working on things you have no idea of what you are doing. Stop doing spoon fed stuff and learn the basics first. Find a good book on the internet, start reading and learn. (While reading the books you will probably also get better knowledge of the English language, which wouldn't hurt)
