how to remove the black color inside those letter "R / O / A"

open your photoshop and check Channels Color
Check One By One arround RED, GREEN, BLUE tt1: tt1: tt1:
try to erase arround R O A

#By default Alpha1 Color = Black

Your alpha layer isnt complete - select the channels tab and then the alpha - and adjust it to make the insides of the letter transparent aswell.
