Need Help With C4 off L2O

ok I have a problem. I downloaded c4 server files bus I was searching for tutorial how to make c4 off server, but I just found C1 tutorials and I tried to do like in C1 tutorial, but I sow that some files are mising.... And I just want that some1 post a link or something where I can read about creating c4 off server and some files links too....

is the same guide 4 all servers... DB instalation and everything u will use DBScripts of C1 are the same scripts...
