Need help with Platinum System

Hello... Sorry about my verrryyy newbie question and hopefully i am posting in the correct place but i started playing MoM Flyff the other day and they have "Platinum System" with rewarded from leveling it, But my main questions are...
1. What is it / what does it do?
2. How do you level it...?
