I want to change the fee for create guild and change name guild. I already edit in cabal.dec and cont.dec but in game still have on table 10m alz...so how i can i fix and i can see on table guild the rate fee i changed?

[Guild] CreateFee NameChange

[ChangeNation] NeedAlz

i think may be that is changed the fee!
him ask may be in the UI.ENC
but anyway i don't know when we compair the Dec to ENC in game still default
.....anyone know tips for compair success the UI.dec?

Yes i know and i do all it and fee changed in game. But on the table create guild still show 10m alz. And i need edit 10m like the fee i changed in cabal.dec and const.scp
