Need To Know About All Quest available.

I want to Know List Of All Quest Available in A3 Server. I am talking about normal quest which we get from any NPC. Any Way to know in detail guide on my self or any tool such that
1 - Quest Number
2 - Quest Name "optional"
3 - Quest Taken from | Quest Given From "NPC name"
4 - Quest Requirement's
5 - Quest Rewards
6 - Quest Rewards With Favour's
7 - % age increase in Relation After a particular Quest with a particular NPC.
for this time being i need this much information. I have many Question's too. NOTE : This Question asked by me have been posted after doing a research in entire forum .

one more problem aroused,
after going through the tool i found that few .dat files are not der,. only the text files are der.
can i get to know where can i get complete quest files means all of 3000+ quest .dat files.

and dude thanks for that list of NPC with codes.

If there is a quest ingame and no Dat file for it, Create the Dat file.. Isn't it easy?

Why dont you try to make zoneserver read the quests from text (notepad) files ? :

Edit some .dat file and save it as the quest id u get in game. And use the tool above to edit that new quest .dat as mentioned in game quest window. Right prots?

Why dont you try to make zoneserver read the quests from text (notepad) files ? :

no no no , few are having text files and few are having only dat files, i have checked it out.
and i am not yet professional in all stuffs .
i am beginner and still learning. Thanks.

That will do the trick.

But obviously that Quest should exist client side too.

Quest Number id 31 : harpy killing 40 and feather of harpy 2.
and after that also it shows some more item to be collected as Feather of harpy again and some chinese name.
what is to be done where to find it because after hunting for whole day and night long unable to get that item from harpy in c1.

This is totally wrong. That quest drops cannot be submitted to NPC.

But The Quest isn't getting submitted.
Problem is when i will click the NPC and click on Quest.
it says continue quest or quit quest.
What are possible issue's

You have to drop that feather in Carode Map at X-23, Y-222. Just drop it down like other items and report to Arena NPC again. Quest will get completed.

That chinese word is "Dropped". Please edit your GT.ull in client data folder.

But now what about this part.
already delivered Staff of hammerd to rosee.
Want to know further ,
siniere says "Go to Rosee"
and Rosee says : Continue OR quit quest

I wonder why people do not read the 'bla bla bla bla' of NPC while giving quest.
This quest is special quest. You have to go to carode map and goto Clarb Ground Floor entrance there. which is the door near grou place if you have visited there as a player. Drop these feathers in carode map near that door and then go back to NPC and submit quest. Same as wooden heart quest of fairmode
