start->run->cmd
ping 10.0.2.15
if ping not work, that mean u have to disable firewall on centos, and also maybe ur network configuration on vb isn't correctly.

No, that is not the problem. You set up the server in NAT networking mode. You HAVE TO change it to Bridged. Otherwise, you can't get the server working.
