You need to use a param with RCCPassword but you can use a RCC without a password, I already removed all the password of my RCC's but still you need to put RCCPassword on your param.

Do this.

1.extract your 1logic.rcc to a new folder.
2.copy and paste your 1logic.rcc to create a new backup.
3.open were you extracted a 1logic.rcc folder.
4.then open your backup 1logic.rcc.
5.inside with your backup 1logic.rcc but leave atlease 1 file.
6.drag all inside your newfolder to backup 1logic.rcc
7.make sure with your rcc will be back to 1logic.rcc to read server files.
8.run your server session,login,field,agent server.

3-on the 1logic.rcc..remove all the file..[leave 1 file at least inside the 1logic.rcc or ur 1logic.rcc will dissapear]
4-on the empty folder..drag all the file into 1logic.rcc back to remove all the password

if ur glogicserver/1logic/skinobject.rcc protected by password make sure all the password same with rccpaswword in param..do not forget paste param into serverfile folder also

Decrypt all ur 1logic.rcc..then u are ready to use skill and item editor..don forget extract and decrpyt ur skinobject too

Problem in name creation (can create same name) im using pnf RanGame1..

I`ve also tried this very helpful link regarding this problem but not lucky yet..
