New files from taiwan

We got our hands on latest DN Taiwan server files, we are doing our best to crack and emulate the login/auth/cash APIs.
Files will go public soon, there are some people who sell these like a hot potato, but there's no need in buying files since they will become available for free.

Update:- Finally fixed CASH/LOGIN api for taiwan files- i emptied my inbox- add vandar class in DLL- files are coming soon free for all

Useless files probably, not heared of anyone making it work and is not about cracking, crucial files are missing to make it work.
These files are originated from a hack that a russian pserver suffered months ago but it seems that the hacker didnt got the full thing.
