Try this:

Find this section in cabal.enc

Example
<map_index world_id="1" name="world1" dead_warp="1" return_warp="1" terrain_x="0" terrain_y="0" />

world_id= set it to your map id
dead_warp and return warp= according to your warp.scp ( has to be ID of warp that is for your map)

i used world 22, was free on mine serv. Also i forgot to say, you also need to edit terrain.scp

[Terrain] TerrainX TerrainY WarpIdxForDead WarpIdxForRetn WarpIdxForLOut DmgMin DmgMax WarControl
0 0 0 358 358 358 0 0 0

according to your warp.scp

ok, i got this map working including the Npc shop but no items yet, but what about the mobs i cant copy/past the contains of Mob.dec from you in the main Mob.dec .. any solution on that? thanks in advance if anyone need to know how to get the npc working just ask.. i share as i learn grts

you can get the mobs info from Cabal US, just take a look into a cabal_msg. Regarding the new mob.enc, you can use the application that converts ep8 mob.enc into a ep2. Its posted in "Release" section.

i got the converter, but you maybe know the current Xor Keys for cabal eu?
since i cant open cabal_msg.enc grts

Edit: Nvm got the Xor key, but cant find arcane mobs in cabal_msg.. neither in mob.enc
