[NEW STYLE] RevCMS Index/Register - Used on Hablite

Hey, since i'm not fond of how this looks anymore and don't see any use to it myself I'm releasing it out to the people that actually enjoy it.

Now, to the people that look at the code, i understand this is probably horrible CSS styling, i don't care. This was coded months ago when i was new-ish to CSS. My skills have advanced a hell of a lot since then.

FYI: It uses a popup register too.
