and wen i wanne open Neuz microsoft viduel studio, this error opens up:

Okay open the solution Neuz71.sln and see if that one works.

This error is likely due to the fact that you are opening the neuz.sln which is a v9 visual studio copy of the neuz71.sln (which is a v7.1 copy of it)

FIXED!
i had to put allow external connections on accountserver

now i cant go into world its keep loading and loading, than its says cannot connect....and yes wdmadrigal from client and resource are 100% the same
