No NPCs loaded.Please help. L2O

Hello. I must admit I am quite new in this world of yours...
I want to set a c1 official server.
I did everything written in the "for noobs" guide.I must admit it was kinda' fool-proof..
Everything went well.. except I have no NPCs in my server..(tiny problem, isn't it ?)
I used the files described in the guide.
Started everything in the same order as described..but no luck.

If anyone has an idea.. (sure you have) and is willing to enlighten me .. I would very much appreciate it.

(Two more things : can anyone pls tell me how to remove the gameguard from a c2 client?.. I am really sorry if this is spam)

Any errors when you start l2 npc server? How many npc's does it show it spawned? Also Your geodatas may be bad and the mobs are falling through the ground. Might want to check these out. And for the GG, there was a patch posted around here... try searching.
