well it about's this person who works at this beastbar but is really human and this wanted person who shows up at the bar and she's trying to distory the world on her own but the she can't do it but this person holds this thing that can do it and it glow's and it go on thats all i know so far lol

I really enjoyed this anime, quite interesting.
and its not that only the guy can use it, i cant really explain it well, but eventually you see that the girl can "use" it too(no one can really use it yet).
