Minor issue when mouse is inside the button bounds, applies to light and dark theme.

When I hover I get a different colour.

Hmm interesting.

How are you accessing that? Looks different to mine.

I am pressing this button:

The button bounds seem to flash once a different color just after the background blur effect, like it's getting overridden and then stays in the active state.

I am hovering over it with a mouse. You mean when you click there is no visual cue to say it's been clicked?

I see now. If you open the "mark forums read" option in the navbar in a new window, the hover will work there. You are referring to the popup post clicking it, now I am aware and will see what is going on.

EDIT:
Judging, it's to do with ;

Code:
.overlay-container.is-active

if you right click outside of the popup window onto the blurred part, then click the outer box next to the button to remove the right click menu, you'll see that the hover effect works now. Here is a video, but it doesn't show the right clicking.

Can you confirm it works under these circumstances?

Yeah doing that works for me and fixes the issue.
