We have a full-fledged IMG editor that I bought off a certain someone for several hundred dollars with source. It's not released publicly. The IMG editor can do transparency easily, even alpha (such as avatars). For example, that Pokeball and head avatars I actually designed and turned into real avatars:

i have the installer but someone has to hack it since it connected online.

it needs to only bypass the login form since its build with .net/c#

That version is also buggy as hell and doesn't have as many features. I got the absolute latest + source code, it's entirely offline now.

lol, musashi is so desperate to get the editor even if have lot of bugs xD!

Keep trying musashi076, maybe one day you can pass the login form and you will able to remove the other validations after the login, you've been trying to do that for months.
