Npc editor issue

Hey correctly i am using windows 10, i have a problem with opening the flyff NPC editor.exe

I click it and it's not loading nothing appears, I already added the missing lines that requires "Any one help?

It's meant for caali files not retail files if i recall correctly.

NPC Editor is too old to use it with newer files. *dead graves* ;-)
Best way is to make it with Notepad etc...because its an easy edit if you know what to do...
