Hello! Where can I download the editor npcgen.data for client 1.4.5 v69 (elements.data).
Old editors from Ronny npcgen.data not work.

BTW which are you trying to edit anyway, you mention two different files like they were one... Are you trying to edit NPCGEN.DATA or ELEMENTS.DATA ???

Either way, ALL of the pwTools set by Ronny works... ... ...

NPC is not assigned. After entering the coordinates in nptsgen.data /gamed/config, run the server, and the NPCs do not.
Sorry for my clumsy English.

No clue what nptsgen.data even is, but seems how you didn't even specify that you put it in any specific map folder inside config I would have to assume that is your issue.
