[Official]Player Connection

So i have my v14 Official server set up and i have it connected into hamachi, Now when my friend connects to my hamachi network and puts in the ip in his neuz.ini, he starts the client fine but cannot connect. It keeps saying Cannot connect to the network. Any help or suggestions on this? All input is appreciated.

change the ip of your friend in the neuz.ini to your ip in your hamachi,,,

for example...
your ip in your hamachi is like this "154.41.4.42"
then change the ip of your friend in the neuz.ini to your ip in your hamachi...
