Ok few questions Mir3

Ok.. im 1st time mir3 user.. i just downloaded the Setup.exe ( the near 1 gig file) now, i aint gonna bother installing it yet, but what other files will i need and were can i get them? Cus i know i saw alot more stuff ont he old EI section. but theres no links around here.
