I've been working on a web based open source server management platform which can help server administrators to monitor and edit server files via their web browser. You run the standalone binary called the Agent in the server and access features via your web browser. Currently it has the following features
On information on how to download and run the agent please check
A3 Online game server agent is fully open source
Please feel free to use it, give feedback and help me improve this platform. Issues can be reported at Github
- Realtime display of CPU and RAM usage of the server with historical data graph (can be disabled via env variable).
- File browser through which all files and directories can be introspected.
- Viewing and editing of text files.
- Viewing and editing of NPC file (configuring monster HP, Respawn time etc.).
- Viewing and editing spawn file (n_ndt file which defines monster spawn points in each map).
- Uploading MC.ull and MON.ull to populate map names and monster names in relevant places.
- Revision based revert edit functionality through which admin can revert a faulty change done to the files edited via the agent.
- Secure access to these features via username/password authentication.
- User management system where default user i.e. Super Admin can create users who can access the portal with restricted permissions.
- Viewing and editing of more A3 specific files like item files, quest files, teleport files etc.
- Monitor server executables and raise alerts when it goes down.
- Start and stop the A3 game server via web interface.
- View account and character data directly in the agent interface.
