Pinning this as the only active and open source emulator.

EDIT: As the status has changed to archived, emulator has been unpinned.

Latest Release contains huge improvements on network layer and new in game systems.

NOTE:
- Refactor LoginSvr, MasterSvr, WorldSvr to new IPC Layer
