i have found some game makers like 3D GAME MAKER RPG maker XP
but i want to create one by myself (in VB6 or VB.net):thumbup1:

can any one help ?

by yourself? Well first u have to program an engine...
But when you are alone you should use some authoring systems like 3d Gamestudio or at least ready to use engines which u have only to modify, programming an engine from the scratch is a pain (and you need some skills to make a decent one).
Well since u ask for a "Online Game Programming Tutorial" i don't think u have spend much time with it yet, every engine is extendable with a network engine when u have access to the source code. You should start with simple multiplayer because for a mmorpg you have to do lots of network coding.
I don't know why everyone wants to start off with big nearly impossible projects, but if you are still interested to start of big i think there was an open source mmorpg using the engine "Crystal Space" name PlaneShift. That u could use as reference...

Well when you are alone i recommend to look for a nice engine to use, personally i like Unity Pro (costs $$, but huge community) or horde3d (free, but small community and is mostly a graphics engine).
For VB.net i recommend Visual3D (beta was **** since there was no source, but i think u can license it now with source).
After choosing the engine you should work with their Tutorials and References to get used to it. Then you can build your features arround the engine.
Last but not least you have to create some content to use for ur engine, i recommend you Start small and build ur game up so you can see fast results and won't loose ur motivation (But a concept wouldn't hurt ^^).

Engine Database

PS: You still havn't mentioned if you got a Team to help you or if you are alone. Then do you want to create a complete game (engine+content) or only get some experience? Or is there more behind it? When you don't give us enough information we can't give you a satisfying answer.
