Online rewards

Does anyone happen to have a online rewards editor and what file do i use to edit it any help would be appreciated thank you.

EDIT Wrong Post..

Update
1. Open your Elements editor
2. Open Elements.data
3. Go to row 120 or just find the row with name Pack 2
4. Edit the packs
5. Voila

did that all but packs dont give all items listed in pack.... updated server side to..
