I literally wouldn't be able to run my pserver with an express version due to the limitations.

Yea but you run one the top servers and your source is far updated beyond what a lot of "devs" here can do what I should have said is how can enterprise ver be beneficial to the average flyff private server owner

One of the most important things in my opinion are the CPU and Ram limitation. Also, Express versions doesn't come with SQL Agent and Profiler.

Can Flyff Server + MSSQL 2005 run with Windows sever 2008R2 X64BIT version?
(I want to use x64bit because my server have ram more than 4gb but I don't know
how well it will run on this version)

I run Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter /w HT(x64) for all of my production windows machines. It should run fine in either x86 or x64 and WinServer2008 should not be an issue.

Yes.
If it runs fine on my laptop(Windows 7 64 bit, 4 gb ram,i5) and using mssql 2008 express.
Ofcourse my laptop is for me only

Uh, Windows Server 2008 R2 doesn't even have an x86 version. It's only x64.
And I think I'm using the Standard version of that on my server.
