do anybody know how to fix when character use weapon with attribute,
eg. black dragon sword (ice), the skill has no effect.
as i know, this source's skill.ssf where the skill attribute all set to vital energy, then the skill effect is back,
but we know, many skills' attribute should set to "all belong to item", otherwise your weapon's attribute is useless.
