Basically what I'm trying to do is when someone donations or makes a payment it will go through the steps and what not then when it's done it will add a particular amount to an sql database depending on the amount sent.

If someone could help me out that would be awesome ^_^
I've been wondering how to do this for some time now

There is no such "pay for paypal api". It is really easy to work with paypal you just have to play with IPN and a PHP script that receive and validate data.

Well if anyone can point me in the direction of a script that puts in the amount spent to a :jc: sql db that would be awesome lol

I tried the dev thing in paypal but 50% of the pages on it don't work...
